In short: Great course for those last few weeks in training for a marathon
In full: I'd been stressing about this "undulating" course more than the marathon itself. Despite being sick with nerves the night before I managed to get to the course on time despite the clock change and immediately had someone srike up a conversation with me. Along the way there was constantly someone providing support; that combined with the glorious weather and scenery made my first time of ever running more than 17 miles a real joy and I even managed to complete it within the time I'd hoped for. Thank you to all who made the run very special for me and to the lady who gave me a hug at the end!

In short: Fantastic race - great spring mara warm up
In full: Where can I start? Very good organisation really friendly amongst runners and weather perfect. Managed to beat last year's time by 25 minutes so I am biased! Will definitely be back next year.

Thank you Cranleigh.

In short: Brilliantly Organised Pre-London Warm-up
In full: A good testing 21 miles, not too challenging, though the grind up the hill in the last mile finds you out! Great encouraging marshalls, plenty of drink stations a couple with two buckets of jelly babies, for the entry fee you cant ask for anymore

In short: Good enjoyable race
In full: I didn't heed the many warnings and missed the start by 15 mins, the marshalls were very helpful though and I started anyway. They made sure drink stations were aware I was coming and after 1st one I started catching up with people which made me feel I was more in a organised run than a training run. Marshalls were friendly and encouraging all the way round, scenery was lovely but did mean support was sparse but thanks to those who did get out there. Superbly organised, beautiful day for run, perfect training for FLM. Glad I did it.

In short: London Marathon warm up race so kept to the pace throughout. Good company - people chattedand got on with it. The 15 mile option is good but most wanted the 21 mile includiing myself. Cranleigh is in a lovely part of Surrey.

In short: Well organised and pleasant course
In full: Is very hard to fault this race, the marshalls were excellent. Lots of water stations too.
Finally managed to force myself to do the 21m, and glad I did! Thanks for the jelly babies too.
