In short: Far to hilly to be called flat
In full: Supposed to be a flat and fast course-to say it's flat is a con as there are about five hills in it.
It should be classed as undulating to say the least. Definately not a pb course. There were plenty of marshals though and a good support in a couple of places.

In short: Another race I would like to do again
In full: Even though its a 2 laps its one of those routes that does not bother you and looking forward to the 2nd one.
Just one little moan is that there are no mementos for finish unless you are a bit good but hope to do it next year.

In short: Good value, no-frills local 10K - run this if you want a good run, not big crowds and a goody bag. Seemed to be quite a number of beginners as well as club runners. Fairly fast course, semi-rural/semi-urban.

In short: A pleasant, low-key autumn 10K
In full: There are a few little climbs - mainly up & over (or under) road & railway bridges - but even so, there's definite PB potential in this course. Finishing in the square outside the Village Hall gives it a definite "village" feel - along with the Fun Run.
Only one whinge - the queue for the loo!
