In short: tough hills
In full: i was expecting a hill about 3 times and kind of dreading it in the weeks preceeding the race but on the day the loop they used meant 6, strangely enough i actually enjoyed the challenge.

the ony real niggler for me was not enough baggage facilities but i'm sure this was just due to the late addition. oh, and more toilets please..

In short: A field of nearly 2000 runners require more toliets !
In full: The organisers averted potential disaster with a late decision to have supervised baggage storage. Unfortunately runners had just as long a wait to deposit their bags as they had in waiting for one of the 10 toilets.

I actually quite enjoyed the concertinered route as it gave me the ability to encourage other running friends of mine on the other side of the tape at various points along the route. The goody bag was excellent.
