In short: Fantastic race and not too tough. A low key organisation but it all seemed to run smoothly.

In short: fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
In full: This is a brilliant event. Definitiyl the hardest marathon around, as you start to struggle at 18m it gives you a big kick up the backside and asks that you find even more from your already jelly-like body. Il be back next year for sure

In short: Owwwwwwwwwwww
In full: Fantastic. I even feel guilty about only givin 60 for PB potential as I got mine here. Everything is right out of the top drawer, except maybe that mountain at 21 miles but the view at the top even made that worthwhile (almost).

Great support from all runners and great crowd support for a small race too. I'll be back, assuming I've forgotten about the pain.

In short: Let's leave the toughest bit for the end!
In full: What a run, very much a last minute decision to enter, maybe next year I'll do some training for it. An excellent race helped out by some unusually good weather.
