In full: Felt sorry for those needing loos near start time. Few of us chasing a goat round the course, the goat got a bigger cheer!

In short: Was it too cold to clap?
In full: Well organised and great setting, however despite large numbers of spectators atmosphere was poor. A good training run but certainly not a 10km PB course. The downhill finish was good but it certainly dragged on.

In short: a great race in glorious surroundings,the weather was great,a crisp winters morning.The race was a difficult one with the steep hill at the begining,it was ok at the start but hitting it again at 7km sorted the men from the boys

In short: Having done this twice before was not expecting a PB, however that's what I got, great race once again!

In short: Invigorating
In full: Bracing whether, beautiful scenery, clear blue skies, burning thighs and plenty of ups and downs. You can keep your skiing, this is the perfect winter sport.

In short: Very challenging!
In full: A lovely venue well organised, my only criticism would be the lack of toilets, huge queues! They weren't kidding when they said hilly!!
