In short: Well organinsed and thoroughly enjoyable run...didn't feel like 15 miles as so much to see on the way around.
In full: A very organised and enjoyable run!!The marshalls were great and had lots of drink, jelly baby and sponge stops! No time to think how tired I was as always something around the corner to keep my spirits up!

Would recommend this run to any one wanting a challenge and will definatley be back next year

In short: Fantastic scenery, whilst challenging
In full: This was my first trail run and having never run 15 miles before, I was apprehensive. I needn't have been. I didn't want to curl up and die until mile 10 (usually get that feeling at mile 7), because the scenery was so inspiring and changeable - one minute running around the lake, the next running through forest.

At mile 10, the course took us onto quiet county roads for three miles - it felt uphill all the way, I wouldn't have described them as undulating; they were tough and challenging, which was awesome, sick I know! My legs hurt more running down the hills than up them - now that's something I'd never experienced before!

Can't wait for the next one - I'll definitely be back!

In short: Brilliant and challenging as always
In full: Great race, organisation and marshalls. Free cakes bananas drinks and band make this special. Only down side is toilet queues and 'dry' showers at HQ!

In short: Absolutely excellent race.
In full: The organisers and marshalls do a fantatstic job at this excellent race. Everything well organised. Very good location and scenery. The hospitality at the finish (brass band, cakes, tea, beer, and a good welcome for runners at the nearby Greyhound pub) really enhance this race for both participants and supporters.

In short: Definitely one of the best races, and I've run a fair few!
In full: Totally agree with the rest of the comments made. It was an amazing race. I didn't know about the Hills until I reached them - probably shouldn't have bounded along so fast at the start to have had s bit more energy to tackle those hills. But I was running them with a smile on my face!

Only small quibbles - no tea or beer left at the end ( I was position 501/617) and the strains of the brass band faded as I ran up the last hill which was a bit disappointing. They had gone by the time I finished. But small things compared to the overall great experience. I shall be back next year!

In short: Loved it, even more than last year despite the weather.
In full: This is a great race for those looking for a challenge longer than half marathon distance, and for those who are bored of simple road running events. Course is a tough one, good mix of cross country and some road sections, i loved all the rain and mud, due to the weather, made it feel like a proper challenge!

Being welcomed at the finish with an abundance of cakes, free tea and coffee and beer, what more could you ask for!

In short: Thank you Wadhurst another great race.
In full: Conditions certainly made things challenging, sunny, raining, muddy it had it all. What it certainly had was brilliant pre-race information loved the males from the Race Director advising of the conditions very helpful.
A huge thank you to all the marshalls on the course, so encouraging, always a smile and lots of water, sponges and always a bonus to have jelly babies these were well needed yesterday. A special thanks to the mile 12 orange station - neither realised a slice of orange could taste so good - thank you.
Goodie bag lived up to hype, whoever made the chocolate brownies at the end - they were to die for.

In short: Very enjoyable run in the countryside
In full: Excellent race, well organised and beautiful scenery. One down side (not organisers fault) was the lack of water in the showers, no water pressure at all which was disappointing after a muddy race
