In short: Old school 10 mile XC with free tea and scones back at the clubhouse.
In full: Tough course across fields, paths and plenty of hills. Yesterdays rain made for a very muddy run which made keeping your feet hard at times.
I wish i had invested in at least some trail shoes but many wore spikes. It was quite clubby which was a good thing as the organizer do ot want to be stuck out on top of a hill for much past 90 mins. Highly recommended.

In full: One of my favourites. It is soul destroying to know that once you have done first lap, you have to do it all over agin. Thankls SLH. Nice Race!!
