In full: My first time running at this event (even though it is almost on my doorstep) and I loved it. Well done AFF, a nice friendly event and suitable for beginners as well as club runners.

In short: Great way to spend a Friday evening
In full: This is a lovely race; it's friendly, the organisation is great, the centre (race HQ) wonderful and with a BBQ, tea, home-made cakes and even beer to round off the evening it's as near to perfect as you can get (ok, so the bit in the middle - the actual running - hurt quite a lot but I did beat my time from last year by over a minute so it was worth the pain!).

In full: I may be biased ( I am a member of AFF) but congrats go to all the organisers & marshalls who made this another successful AFF event. A great course that suits both elite, intermediate and beginner runners. Great PB potential race having tonight beaten my own record by some way

In short: Best 5k around
In full: This is a must every year, its flat, fast and painfull! A PB for me this year so came away with a big smile to add to my sore legs. :] the best 5k around.
