In short: Enjoyed it but was a bit more hilly than I had expected! Good atmosphere and for a great cause.

In short: An excellent event for a good cause.
In full: Great local event. Smallish but still with some nice touches. Not the flatish of courses, challenging but enjoyable all the same. Good support at the finish. Nice fun run beforehand. All for a good cause.

In short: Good race, new PB!
In full: Pretty dull route, undulating a bit, but really liked the fact all the hills were at the beginning and the downhills at the end. Smooth organisation.

In short: My favourite 10k - did it last year and got a new PB this year - recommended
In full: I love this 10k. Last year it was my first ever 10k and this year I beat my 2009 time by 6 mins and got a new PB. I agree that chip timing would have been better and as for the loo situation, it's quicker to go and use the loos in the hospital - that's what i did....

In short: One of my more favourite runs
In full: Agree with the view of using chip timing, would be much better. Start was a bit congested. Nice course design, would be good if they could restrict cars on the busier roads. Enjoyed the day, was well organised and it is on the list for next year!!!!!
