In short: Fast flat course, vocal local support, make this a great race!
In full: First time doing this race and will be back. Excellent pre race organisation, well organised race village in the Tuesday market place, good support all the way round. If other councils are thinking of organising a race then they should take note of how this was organised. Further there was a good mix of club runners and others. An excelent morning out!

In short: Fast, flat course and excellent organisation.
In full: This is a very flat, fast course but you need to be near the front at the start to make the most of it as much of the route is quite narrow which can make overtaking a bit tricky.

Organisation of the event was excellent with very clear pre-race information and the starting area in the Tuesday Market Place was ideal with a very good atmosphere.

Good level of support all around the course which takes you all around the scenic parts of the town. Nice medal and t-shirt at the end.

In short: Great event
In full: An excellent 10K in the heart of King's Lynn. Lessons have been learnt with improved organisation at the start and finish. The crowds were again fantastic, plenty of encouragement for most of the course.

Shame about the head wind along the quay during the last km.

If you live in the area, I would highly recommend taking part. A great race for all levels of runners on a fast flat course. Will certainly be back again next year!

In short: Excellent tinged with disappointment
In full: Altogether well organised again, good number of spectators cheering us on, but I am extremely disappointed in it only being gun to chip time unlike last year.

In short: Chip timing? I think not!
In full: a good route, more starting pens would have been better, very congested at times. Last year there was 2 water stations and I think this year it would have been a good idea, and at the finish took a good 5 mins to get water. Chip timing non existent.

In short: 1st ever 10k. Maybe this 'Chip' was the name of the bloke sat at the finish line with a wrist watch for the timing?!!!
In full: Really enjoyed this race as it was my 1st ever 10k, but dissapointed with the organisation. As others have said start pens were only upto 45min and the start was very congested. 'Chip' timing was a joke.
Support around the course was amazing.
I personally found the water at the end difficult to find. It was a hot day and i really needed something, took me about 3 or 4 minutes to get some water and on such a day that was a bit naughty.
