In short: A "feel good" race. Well org start and arrival but some improvements could be made at finish as not enough people to hand out medals and water.. b

In short: Really good fun, if slightly surreal.
In full: Well organised fun event for all abilities. I guess if you were deadly serious you could attempt a PB but its not really what its about - careering round the park with 2,000+ Santas is a fabulous way to kick off the festive season - shall be back next year!

In short: Great medal and fabulous costume.
In full: A great race to fill you full of seasonal spirit and really friendly. The sight of Santas warming up and running together will certainly remain with me! The organisation was not great as there was a delayed start due to late entrants, unclear start markings and a queue after the finish. However, it has a great atmosphere, the medal is very impressive and having an engraver there to add a message to your medal was fantastic.

In short: Great fun, made me feel all Christmassy!
In full: So much fun, lovely run in lovely scenery. Santa suits were very hot, but as a relatively new runner having everyone in Santa suits made me feel less intimidated by the hardcore!
Was slightly chaotic at the start and finish, but for me this just made it more festive.
Was given a race chip, but didn't know where to find out my race time...

In short: good christmas fun but organisation needs to be improved
In full: the literature sent out was duplicated but still never managed to include a map!
Also on the day there seemed too many runners for the orgainsers to deal with and the race started late.
They dropped the timed starts which meant it was very tight at the beginning and the signage was too minimal. Many of us thought the finish marker was the start as we crossed that to start with!
The atmosphere was good due to the many cheerful santas about and the weather managed to stay decent it is worth receommnding to people but expect some minor confusion with the stewards/admin.

In short: Great way to start the festive season
In full: Superb atmosphere, really well organised. Got there early and avoided any queues. Great race, finished nice and early thereby avoiding queues for medals.

Will run it again next year but have to find a better way to stay cool under that Santa suit which made it the hottest race of the year for me !
