In short: Great race.
In full: Well done to the Marshalls and Dr Rob for another fantastic Ashtead 10k. Can't recommend it enough, the common is a lovely place to run on a Sunday morning and the undulations keep you honest. Count me in again in 2012.

In short: It gets better every year!
In full: A superb race. I've run all six and it gets better every year. Thankfully no hornets this year, just beautiful running around Ashtead Common. Thanks to the Rangers for letting us do this and also for taking part! It's a great way to use the Common. Both my kids also ran the 2K kids' run and were excited about it for weeks before. Finally, the coasters are an excellent idea - our three will get a lot of use whereas medals tend to languish in the bottom of a drawer.

In full: Love this race, superbly organised and fantastic atmosphere. Pleased there were no hornets this year! The raffle at the end was a nice touch.

In short: Managed a PB even with the hill at the end!
In full: It was only my second 10K race. It was a challenge because i'm not used to run on hills, at the same time it was challenging enough to fight until the end. I cut my time for 10k by 2 minutes, so very happy with it.
