In short: A shadeless motor racing track in August - what was I thinking?
In full: Organisation was fine but running 3 times around a track isn't the most exciting thing. And in the weather I should have entered something off road with some hills and shade

In short: Excellent race, too hot but then we are British and we always moan regadless of the weather!
In full: Blimey just how hot was that!!! thought i would get a PB but guess too much cycling prior to the race put paid to that. 1/2 way i was ok and running well then the heat got me and that was my PB gone, however chip timing, tee shirt and goodie bag not bad, could have done with opening the changing rooms up and had to resort to using the ladies showers (on my own) but will be back to beat my time.
Many thanks to Will and the team, stirling effort.
PS you lot should have hung around and watched the other races...absolute animals!!!

In short: A bit too hot but couldn't fault it otherwise. Never before have I seen attention to detail such as bundling the safety pins into 4's, excellent organisation.
