In short: Good, weather, interesting course but not fast due to congestion with over 2000 runner on narrow tracks in places.

In short: A very enjoyable 10.2km!!!
In full: Enjoyable event - the serious bottleneck of last year has been designed out. Last year's course though was too short - this year's was too long....and still some KM markers were in the wrong place!

In short: Again a great race un great location
In full: More people (2,000+?)great atmosphere, bottleneck was sorted this year so great plus. Marquee for registration much better located and more thought generally. Jerusalem music was nice touch (should make it annual choice and have sing a long!). Downsides: running out of water (saved by a lady bring the give away bags which had orange juice in them).

In short: Interesting varied course through Hertfordshire countryside
In full: Loved the course - real variety of country lanes, footpaths, tracks and bridleways through some great Hertfordshire countryside. Uphill to the finish is a bit mean though!

Friendly feeling to the race with a variety of experience and speeds running. Spot prizes were a nice touch.

Really disapointing there was no water left when I finished (was much needed!), and would have felt safer if the the bag drop had been more secure than the pile in the corner of the tent!

Very enjoyable morning. Definately will do it again.

In short: Tight in places but a good run
In full: Well done to the organisers, plenty of toilets around! Only problem was that the course was tight in places with people bottle necking. Had to laugh at the 'warm up', not easy when you are stuck together like sardines, would rather have just got started on time. By the time we actually started I needed the toilet again! Saying that, I really enjoyed it and would do it again.

In short: An improvement on last year and Frank Bruno!!!!!!!
In full: BRUNO! BRUNO! Nice touch to have a celeb start us off, but could we start on time please and not do a warm up with no room at the start time. Don't they know we have to have so many toilets stops prior to a run!! Enjoyed it though, killer hiller at end could finish you off but lovely local run that is going to be very popular year on year i would imagine!

In short: Couple of gripes, but enjoyed it
In full: Good atmosphere, good pre-race facilities, good turnout. The course was fine, a couple of hills including one at the end but expect this in most races. Didn't really have a problem with running on the grass at times, although near the end it was very slippy when going uphill. The main negative was the km markings - 8 to 9 km seemed to be very short and the last km was way over the distance - i would estimate it to be nearer a mile.

In short: Nasty hills were a killer, let down was the shortage of water and brown paper bag packs at the endd
