In short: Great run on scenic and relatively quiet roads
In full: Marshals were everywhere on the course ensuring that you couldn't take a wrong turn. Signage was great. The start was, er, prompt! Can't complain at all.

10 pound entry was perfect - a pound a mile is great value in my eyes. Liked the momento and the race HQ at Epsom course made the event pretty unique.

I'll be back.

In short: A nice challenging course
In full: All in all a good race. Plenty of toilets and changing facilities at HQ (Queens stand) but the start was quite a way away. The start was also a little sudden as it was hard to hear instructions due to the weather. Thanks to all the marshalls. The mug as a momento was OK. Well worth running

In short: Very hard, especially the second hill into Headley but all in all a very enjoyable run. Marshalls were great, Organisation was terrific.

In short: Great race, well organised and excellent facilities.
In full: Course was great apart from the amount of cars "squeezing" past all the time. Quite hilly, but not too bad. First 10 mile race and ran a better time than expected. Facilities are fabulous... where else do you change in a jockey's weighing room???

In short: Unique
In full: I used to live around these parts (Epsom, then Headley), and used to train in the area, so love the countryside. The facilities are great, only slight quibble was about the water station, nobody to hand out water (and if I stop it takes me a long time to get going again), I dropped 8 min off my previous 2007 time, so pleased with this as a checkpoint for my training for marathon next January.

Very friendly, but maybe not a race for beginners.

In short: Great race, cheap as chips and well worth it!
In full: Friendly marshalls and good fun race.
Course description describes the last few miles as undulating but I would call them hilly! Be warned to save them for the end.
Roads are not closed but are plenty quite enough to not course any concerns.

In short: Quite hilly but the scenery and unique race headquarters made it well worth the effort!
In full: This was my first 10 mile race and I would definitely do it again. Miles 1 to 4 are pretty tough with a more or less constant incline but the scenery males it worthwhile especially the sweeping view of the racecourse on the final descent! This race must be pretty unique in being able to use the jockey's weighing room as the race headquarters - great facilities! Good race organisation and friendly, encouraging marshalls en route. I'll be back next year!

In short: Praise to the marshalls
In full: First time doing this, wanted to run it for fun and very glad I took part.
Enjoyed the Queens Stand Race HQ and the race route was enjoyable. Very much like the Dorking 10 I suppose.
Marshalls were fabulous in the weather conditions, and were well supporting throughout the course.
The start was a shock, suddenly standing there and then *parp*, we were off.
Only downer was the weather, but this is out of the organisers hands - well worth doing if you need a 10 mile spin in late November.
