In short: Great race, great weather
In full: This was a great race. Weather was perfect for running (except for a little bit of ice to challenge you) and the course is a real test in terms of a long downhill followed, inevitably, by a long uphill. Organisation is excellent and everyone is really friendly. Definitely one to add to the regular run calendar.

In short: Great Race
In full: I was a bit worried about the 5k down then 5k up but the hills weren't that bad. Loved the atmosphere and the scenery was great for taking your mind off the worst of the hills. The event was well organised.

In short: Beautiful, fresh and blue sky!
In full: Friendly, very well organised with a nice hilly bit at the end. Glorious morning made this an especially enjoyable event. Rain or shine will definitely enter again. Thank you Goring & Woodcote Lions! :)

In short: Great first 10K - getting ready for the next
In full: First 5K lulls you into a false sense of security - gentle downhill, then the race really kicks in - a short and steep first hill and then the last hill is tough, very tough. good fun though

In short: Good Scenery but challenging hill for the last 2k+
In full: Last 2k+ was tough and a reminder I need to do more hill training. Organisation was good. Will be back next year.

In short: One not for the PB hunter but what a good course.
In full: OMG - I would best describe the course as "V" shaped - the 2nd half of the race was a full 5 minutes slower than the 1st 5k! Good job I wanted to practice my hill work! Nice to get out in the countryside. Thanks & well done to all the organisers, marshalls & helpers...and the others runners. Great race.

In short: Downhill for 3k, over a big bump, then uphill for 2km
In full: Great fun! Nice little lanes, friendly marshals. The big hill at the end was really windy, thought it was going to rip my number off. Legs ache today.

In short: I found this race really tough.
In full: My time felt but I suffered on those hills. Will need to go some hill training if I do this one again. Really lucky with the weather when you consider the week we've had. Nice, friendly atmosphere.
