In short: Fab fast 10K
In full: Very flat, no cars or traffic in the way, pleasant parkland and waterfront setting. Friendly cricket club venue for start/finish. Good announcements, 1K markers throughout, plenty of helpful marshalls. I didn't mind the wind, must have cooled me down as I got a PB beating Great Manchester 10K 2005. Bit of a delay leaving the car park at the end but I will hopefully be back next year and bring some friends this time!

In short: A great race
In full: Everything about this race is great- the course, the marshalls, the toilets, the mug, the t-shirt, the fellow runners (I got a stitch and 3 people slowed to ask if I was OK!) This is one I really look forward to.

In full: Shame about the wind as this is a real PB potential course although the exit to the park is a bit of a problem. Any other way out of there??

In short: excellent organisation, excellent course, and i got an excellent PB!
In full: brilliant race - highly recommended. would have been even better without the wind, but the organisers couldn't have helped that! I got a PB - 3 mins better than the Tunnel race from a couple of weeks ago....!
