In short: Gotta love those hills!
In full: Never thought I would enjoy a race with only one flat bit in it at the end but this was great, gave my legs a right workout, forget about PBs and just enjoy every kind of hill imaginable! Distant glimpses of the moors were nice too.

In short: Undulating my bottom!
In full: Definitely hilly- misrepresneted by undulating. Toilet facilities were a bit haphazard but present. I did find the marshall were very friendly and about the only thing that kept me going... Did miss the first 2 mile markers- as did others, so was relieved if not a little dead when saw the 3 mile sign. Do actually enjoy hills, but this was much hillier than expected

In short: Great Yorkshire scenery, bloody tough hills!
In full: Not for the faint hearted but great fun !? The hills were tough but achievable. I'm sure I missed some lovely sights as I spent much of the uphill slogs staring doggedly at the floor, willing the climbs to end. Good local support and pleased that the race took you into the countryside.
I found the finish a bit narrow and as a result couldn't overtake at the end, otherwise I would have sent people flying, so that would be my only gripe.
I would rate it as my favourite 10k race.

In short: Hill, Hills, Hills
In full: Enjoyed the race, the hills were tough, but thats what you get in this part of Yorkshire. Very well organised race with great marshalls. The start was a bit crowded due to the narrow road
Oh and I got a PB.

In short: One of the tougher local 10K's
In full: This one will test you up the three main hills. Similar to Meltham in terms of toughness, but probably slightly easier due to the longer downhill/flat finish.

In short: Heard it was undulating (the word hilly would better describe it), however throughly enjoyed it. Only things I would change is for the cars to exit through the same gate we came in (a couple of marshalls could organize that) saves cars trying to squn

In short: Undulating is a misrepresentation - steep climbs and descents - not a PB course
In full: Good marshalling and friendly
Toilet facilities rather confusing in the clubhouse
Much hillier than expected.
Drab weather did not inspire an average course
Plenty of water after race
Car exit bit slow due to one-way system

In short: Good Race, great uphill climb at the start!
In full: Done this race for the past 3 years, enjoyable road race, well organised and challenging at parts with a few hills snook in there. Worth the entry fee.
