In short: Fast, scenic, well-organised race
In full: Very difficult to fault this race, almost everything was spot on. Easy parking (for free!) about 200 yards from the start, enough toilets

In short: Well organised race on scenic, flat course.
In full: This race was very well organised - everything worked smoothly and the race started bang on 10AM. The start / finish area was great - refreshments, first aid, massages and even a steel band to help create a nice atmosphere afterwards. The course is flat and the scenery is pleasant. All good!

In short: feels a bit like a country fete
In full: I love this event i did it last year it was my 2nd 10k. This year i was a bit more clued up and went for a PB i did 47min 49sec my best yet. but to my horror when i checked the web site they got my time wrong by nearly a minute and the same thing happened to my friend. so perhaps they could benefit from chip timing to make it perfect

In short: Good race in nice surroundings
In full: I would say a very well organised race. Quite low key and a good place to run on a warm July day.PB potential although enough bridges and turns and uneven surfaces to slow you down. One gripe for me was that the kilometre markers didn't seem very accurate. I think this is an important issue to get right in the future otherwise a big well done to the organisers-oh and the website could use some improvement.

In short: A super 10K that's rural and yet next to London
In full: This turned out to be a very enjoyable 10K around the scenic Lee Valley with clear PB potential since I did just that! The route was well-marked and well-marshalled through all of the turns and topped off with a nice T-shirt.

In short: Very good, flat course, excellently marshalled and organised.
In full: A very enjoyable race, my first 10k having only done 5k's previously. The run goes through lovely scenery, around a couple of lakes(?) and through woods. The course was well marshalled, with people at every corner and change of direction to help you along your way. Many of them greeted you with a smile and words of encouragement which helped me on my way! Overall, excellent atmosphere and PB potential in my opinion.
