In short: Don't go off too quick
In full: Got sucked in with the quick downhill start. Paid for it on the uphill section at mile 8. Overall though pretty quick course.

In short: Once again the Tiptree Roadrunners have to be commended, very well organised, nice tee shirt & goodie bag and brilliant atmosphere, really enjoyed the race and even found the hill easier this year.

In short: Well organised mildly challenging 10 miler
In full: First time doing this run for 3 years. The start was a bit congested but soon spaced out and only minimal impact (1st mile was my fastest). Course mostly on country roads.I had forgotten about the hill near the end. It's not a huge hill but it goes on for a while and being at the end makes it worse. Good T-shirt and goody bag. It's a well organised run and the marshalls were very good.
