In short: Overall a well worth half marathon
In full: Everything seemed okay, but it didn't really have an uplifting atmosphere. I preferred Ipswich and the best atmosphere I have experienced locally is the Woodbridge 10k. Crowds packed along the course!

In short: Course better, gods on our side the rain stopped and the race started on time for a changed!
In full: Much better organisation this year. No waiting in the rain and cold while those who leave it to the last minute to attend the race make us organised ones wait - so first class on that one. Well done for stopping the rain. I don't mind the rain when running at home but race days especially this Norwich one tends to tarnish the event - plus cars are then good at getting stuck in the mud! The removal of the infamous hill x2. Well the lovely steady incline over 2 miles plus is not that much of a delight but an improvement. Marshalls excellant as were eventguard and the bonus of no traffic.

In short: Excellent for a newbie
In full: My first half marathon was made that bit more memorable by some great organisation, marshalling, a lovely day and a nice goody bag at the end.

In short: Excellent for 1st half-marathon
In full: It was my first race and half-marathon and I really enjoyed. I surprised myself with my time and I thought the atmosphere was very friendly. The course was good sometimes with hills but nothing crazy just wast you expect. all the marshalls were very supportive and made my race much more enjoyable. The goodie bag was fantastic, facilities were acceptable. My only tiny niggle will be that the car park is a bit far and after running 13.1 miles you don't want to walk one more mile to get to the car especially if it is raining, but maybe that's me just being lazy!
