In short: ok for first timers but do some hill work.
In full: Hard to reviw as this was my first race but it has not put me off. The last hill was a bit sharp at about 5.5 miles but that has taught me to do more hill work. Also would not say it was a flat course nor a hilly race. Time for me was 50.30 mins so i came a way happy for a first event. We had to park about 5-10min walk from the start but was not a problem as it was nice to walk back and cool off.

In short: Tough course with the hill at the final corner. Very good surroundingss and also good support and very well marshalled. Would consider again. Nice to have a water station half way round. Brilliant. Thanks to all the orgainsers

In short: Very friendly atmosphere and comic introduction by the starter put everyone in a good mood.

In short: well marshalled,good sceanic route.
In full: The forecast rain stayed away,organisation first class,very popular race,hills? last hill before finish not as bad as I thought.Really enjoyed this run,well done to all who took part and those responsible for the organisation.100%

In short: Not the easiest of 10k but good challenge for firts 10k of year-wakes up the muscles!

In short: friendly, fun, undulating with a hill at the end!
In full: A generally flat course with lots of little hills going over canals, rivers motorway and one final decent hill at the end to add some mental & physical challenge - and made a PB a bit more difficult. Scenic country lanes and villages. Sports shop/stall and bacon butties/soup for sale added nice touches to a friendly and fun 10k. Best arrive early for parking.

In short: A New Year must, thanks Diane for keeping it going!
In full: Love this race, lots of people to fit into the start venue but if everyone's sensible and takes responsibility! Well done Diane and helpers this is a local tradition and great to catch up with all local runners. Course is enjoyable, seems more down than up so always a bonus! The wind was always a head wind?!
So many prizes on offer!
