In short: Very crowded at start with slower people starting too near front. Once evened out an enjoyable run.

In short: Good place for a PB
In full: Second year of Nike MK Half for me - and glad the chip timing worked perfectly (some probs last year)- to the second of my watch time, with 5K splits. Good field and a good turnout, it was well organised. Round the lake was nice. Found a great group to run with!!(Thanks 2085 of St Neotts Riverside) You helped me get a PB (1:29)
Back next year? You bet I am!!

In short: good day out
In full: this was my second half marathon and i enjoyed the flat(ish) course the only problem i did have with the race was that on some of the route there was cars trying to get pass some of the runners i really think this needs sorting out for next time i'm pretty sure i'll be back next year

In short: .
In full: I liked this probably because I got 10 minutes inside my expected time (back from injury so unexpected). Nicer scenery than NSPCC half though bollards and lack of starting pens a problem. I seemed to be overtaking and being overtaken by loads of people but it spread out well and refreshments and marshalling were good. I'll be back for a pb next year!

In short: good flat(ish) course with chip timing. no goody bag so seemed expensivee
In full: would do this again as its was a fun friendly race, but a few things need looking at. firstly more toilets at start. Usual walkers etc towards front at start so perhaps organisers ned to put markers out relating to expected finishing times so that people know where to start. and finally no goody bag, tshirt or grub at end. other (cheaper) races have chip timing and dish out a banana and tshirt at the end. maybe something for next year. overall though great day out.

In short: Good, flat course.
In full: A good run. As a resident of MK I was refreshingly surprised by how scenic it was. Good organisation and plenty of drinks. Thank you marshalls. Pity about the lack of goody bag at the end, could have done with being handed a snack. Something to sort out for next year?

In short: Well organised, but watch out for bollards
In full: This is the second time Ive dome the race, and its it well organised. Easy parking both in and out, easy to get over the start line, chip timing with 5k splits and lucozade at half way were great. A mainly flat course, the odd up and downer under roads, but a horrid footbridge in the last miles not really very welcome. Not so great..... loads of blumin' bollards on the route.

It was a little windy between 8 and 10, but weather cant be helped!!.

Thank you marshalls, and volunteers, we really couldnt do it without you.

In short: Fairly flat fast run, a few suprising obstacles when in a pack. Sensible drink stops. Nice medal but no extra goodies!
