In short: A new year treat!
In full: What better way to start the year? Despite its toughness, it's a great course through some wonderful countryside (if one has time to look around!)- very enthusiastic support from marshals and walkers on Box Hill. Good mix of serious and fancy dress fun runners. Nice touches are the soup and rolls (plus carrots) at the finish, long sleeve T-shirt, mug and medal, as well as a raffle- I cam away with a kg of cheese! Well done, Rob, your family and team of helpers.

In short: Blooming tough.
In full: It really is one to consider before you have a heavy new years eve! Surprised my legs got me up all the hills, all forgotten as I raced down to the finish line. Next year I will be there, and an outfit will be prepared beforehand!

In short: Excellent race and organisation
In full: Well done Dr Rob and all the helper's, more and more runner's are dressing up and all this adds to the atmosphere. This is a very addictive race as is all of the Trionium races. Certainly sober's you up after the New Year's eve celebration's. Alway's one for the calender.

In short: Character building stuff.... not for the dicky hearted....
In full: Once again Dave from Watford Joggers pulled a rabbit out the hat with his costume.....

A great fun race, with the majority in fancy dress.

The hills are hideous.... three ascents of Box (one via steps) and one ascent of Juniper Hill. The descents were pretty scary too....

Great Mug at the end.... if only to remind you that you've been one to do the country's toughest 10k on New Years Day.
