In short: Great race
In full: Well organised with great support from the marshalls. Nice course with a couple of challenging hills. Great to get a t-shirt at the end that fits small people! Glad to see the posh portaloos there as usual!

In short: Good race but what happened to the medal?
In full: The race was very enjoyable with just the right types of challenges for someone preparing for London. Well marshalled and plenty of water stops. The website for the race (on RW) stated that there would be a medal for all finishers - what happened? If there isn't to be a medal it shouldn't be advertised.

In short: Good course, Excellent marshalls, poor facilities at start
In full: My first 20 and a good workout in run up to FLM. Enjoyed the course, great countryside and the 'undulations' I am used to, being reasonably local. 9M was interesting, 18M nothing special. Facilities at the start were very disappointing other than the MD massage tent. If it had been cold/wet, the changing area would have been totally inadequate and it's all very well hiring posh loos, but we needed several of them.
Park & ride worked well.

In short: Stopped me from getting bored over a long distance
In full: Loved the race, and fellow runners. Not beginner friendly as not many beginers would be looking at 20 miles. Great idea to coach the runners in from the car park. More races should do it.

In short: Testing 20 miler with 2 major hills, very tough but great to finish,
In full: Good Points. Well organised support with numerous water stations. very scenic route and the weather stayed nice.

The Bad Points.. The changing areas would have been great if they would have used a groundsheet on the floor as it was muddy. aldo the toilet facilities were rubbish.

In short: Beautiful day, tough course, lovely, peaceful scenery
In full: Great course to remind you of the difference between 20 miles undulating versus a flat and fast half marathon! I better start putting in those extra miles for the marathon fast, literally.

In short: Although undulating and windy, being an out and back course there was always enough down and tail wind to keep you motivated
