In short: The perfect way to spend a Sunday morning
In full: Huge thanks to Dr Rob, his team of marshals and helpers and all the other runners who made it such a wonderful race. Challenging, a bit hilly, wet, slippy, icy and views you could charge for. Plus great goodies, Jaffa cakes & haribo at the end and a cooked breakfast. What more could you ask for. If you do one race in 2014 make it this one!

In short: A great challenge if you love hills!
In full: Picture postcard scenery in the snow today. Not as hard as the Mid-summer Munro in that you can run all but the steps towards the end. Another great event from Dr Rob.

In short: If you like hilly, muddy, cold, challenging, well organized, amusing races (and people) then this gets >100%. I thought it was superb . Also loved the pool afterwards. Might do the munro next if I recover.

In short: Another superb Trionium event.
In full: The first 3 reviews say it all and I agree wholeheartedly. Rare to find a race that you cannot think of any negatives. Very hard race but when you've finished that becomes another plus point.

In short: snowy conditions today made this great race even more special
In full: lots of ice and mud today, which added to the challenge. great camaraderie between the runners and super perks.. the cooked brekkie at the end really hit the spot. Well done again Dr Rob and thanks to all the fab marshals and other assistants.

don't forget to vote in the runner's world PB awards, especially for our brilliant local retailer!...

In short: What a cracking moring out!
In full: Wet, cold and brilliant fun!
Big thank you to Dr Rob for another fab race. Also to all the marshals who stood out freezing their bits off for us - thank you!
Great route in challenging conditions. After the cold deep puddles on the way down I lost feeling in my feet for about 5 minutes and my laces were frozen up when I got to the finish. Somehow though a course PB for me. :-) And all followed by a great cooked breakfast, perfect!
I will be back next year

In short: A fantastic event just like the whole Trionium Series. Tough enough to make you work for it but achievable & you'll be glowing with pride at the end
In full: A fantastic run this year. The snow, the cold, this could have been mid-winter but it all added to a fantastic event. The knee deep puddles (for those that failed to avoid them) added a new dimension but the hills as always kept it interesting, both up & down. A hearty congratulations to everyone who got up and ran it, regardless of time. As the T-Shirt says, it was 'Tough Enough'.
