In short: Everything you want and more !
In full: This race attracts a mix of abilities which creates a great atmosphere on the start line, the marshals are very encouraging and what more can be said about the organisaion !! 10/10 A&T.

In full: Really nice course, don't usually like laps but don't seem to notice on this one, excellent support and really friendly and encouraging marshalls.

In short: Great race on a gorgeous day!
In full: The first time I have run this event. I have to say that it was very well organised and the marshalls were all excellent. Thanks guys. If you are looking for a good trail race to get you started... DO THIS ONE! Little dissaponted with the momento, but I guess thats not what we do it for, eh!?!

In short: Great race in great weather.
In full: A lot of club runners in this one, but still felt friendly to the beginners and unattached. Glorious weather made the run better. A memento with the name of the run on it would have been nice as in previous years. Credit Crunch biting?

In short: One of the best all round races you will ever do !
In full: This is the 4th time i have done this race and it never fails to tick all the boxes. Low entry fee, great course and fantastic marshals with a free momento to boot....Well done to all the A&T organisers.
