In short: Quite tough for a first timer!
In full: I have only been running for 8 weeks so this was my first race. It was quite tough, felt like a lot of it was uphill! But I imagine its pretty straightforward for an experienced runner! Was hoping for under an hour but the very humid conditions slowed me down to 1hr 2mins! Nice medal for all that hard work!

In short: The heat and humidity added to the challenge.
In full: Fantastic location. Excellent organisation, although I did manage to leave the finish area with my chip still attached to my ankle!

In short: Undulating forest trail course, fairly small number of runners, certainly less than the 8k here a few weeks ago, nice goody bag and medal.

In short: Well organised course, lovely scenery!
In full: Really enjoyed this race, nice variety of hills and flat bits with a definite down hill trend to the second half. Smashed my PB by 5 minutes, so a definite favourite!
