In short: Much more than just a grey track
In full: Besides the novelty of running round a racing track, it had the hype and organisation of a big race which helped to increase the determination for a fast time. The track is wide enough not to get any hold ups, and a supportive and encouraging field make it a welcoming run for first timers or experienced runners.
I would have expected the times to be available on the same day, but the breakdown and the display of the results were easy to read.
The race organisers were very friendly, it's just a shame they shouldn't control the wind!

In short: Great race, but could have done without all the construction going on
In full: Fantastic race, extraordinary organisation. The course isn't flat, nor hilly, the right amount of gradients to make you ache a bit. The last one with head wind was a killer.

T-Shirt: I wonder what they were thinking when they came up with the idea of giving everyone a XXL t-shirt, so a -1 on this and hope they improve it next time

Baggage area: absolutely spot on, I hope some of the Milton Keynes organisers were there to learn a few lessons about how to sort out baggage for their next run, and avoid what has happened last weekend

Construction works x Course: I believe the course could have been improved if there wasn't the fact of all the construction work going on, but I guess this is part of the game, looking forward to do it again next year with a improved course and no construction work

Other nice points:
- mile markers with timming gets a thumbs up
- bus shuttle service from London was great thinking too from the organisers / event's partners, it's a much appreaciated asset you can count on if you like me haven't got a car

Results took too long to be published, and there are no split times available.

overall a great event with a few minor flaws, would I do it again? most definitely !!

In full: Good for the novelty factor, but the building work made it lose some of the magic. Organisation was good, support was lacking in the middle part of the race, but a decent course with no major problems. Only bad thing was the wind - the circuit is very exposed.

In short: Brilliant organisation Its Silverstone so expect the traffic problems.
In full: Great race very windy and a wide course so if you don't follow the racing line your distance can increase over the 13.1 without realising. The organisation was excellent. Good timed mile markers, free water before you start. Car parking was good although a bit of a walk to the start, however it's Silverstone so you expect it. Started on time. Not flat but not hilly.

In short: A good race and perfect for a p.b
In full: The event ran like clockwork and with 10,000 people in it, i've never been in a bigger race. Set a p.b which i was happy with. This track is perfect for a p.b. Spectators were encouraged to sit in the stands which were quite far from the runners. The best place for spectators was along the route near the Start/Finish. Getting into silverstone took longer than i though too. All in all though an enjoyable race. Will do it again.

In short: Well organised but boring course, hope for no wind!
In full: The event was well organised but I found the course pretty boring.

Positives:

Free water before the start, baggage system excellent.

Negatives:

Some water stations exclusively lucozade, boring course.
