In short: Why the wait ?
In full: I know the organisers could do nothing about the weather, which was very cold and windy, but why did we have to wait an extra 15 mins on the start line ? If people are entering late then I'm sorry that's their fault and we should not have been kept waiting. That aside, the course was fairly flat apart from a killer hill between mile 2 and 3. Plus a good choice of chocolate bars at the end !

In short: Well organised, but so cold!
In full: There was a sharp wind before the start making it very cold whilst waiting for the start, and a short delay didn't help.
Overall a well organised race.
