In short: Can't fault it
In full: A reasonably priced event. Good route, and nice not to have to do multiple laps of a park. Marshals were great (see other reviews).

Can't think of any problems with it, but this is only my second 10k.

In short: Great riverside race in leafy South West London
In full: I achieved a PB today of just under 1 hour!! Shaved 7 minutes off last year's time. Really enjoyed running along the river through beautiful scenery. Never too busy and good mix of hard core runners, middle of the road and beginners.

In short: I appreciated the encouraging marshals !
In full: I was near the back as nursing an injury from 4K and couldn't decide whether to pull out or not. The marshals in the last 2K (they would have been there quite a long time now) were fabulously encouraging and it was them that got me to the finish line.
The injury is bad and I should have pulled out but ho hum!

In short: Superb marshalling and lots of fun. No age category prizes.
In full: I really appreciated the encouragement of the marshalls. Lovely riverside run but no age category prizes. Disappointing as I was 1st MV60.

In short: Nice race - what a 10K should be
In full: Easy going friendly race. No fuss, no hype, easy registration and bag check-in. Usual rush for the toilets. Course was enjoyable enough with a bit of the river half way. Finish was back at the start in the YMCA grounds with chip timing results available in minutes. Marshalls effecient and friendly.

In full: I loved this race - the organisation was great and it was so good to be able to turn up, park right by the start and have no issues at all with registration, loos etc. I did a really bad time and I don't know why. Loved the bananas at the end - great touch. Marshalls were good and encouraging, would have liked markers every 1k - but I am just a wimp and needs lots of help - good work, well done

In full: Only my second race so I don't have much to compare it to, but can't complain. The marshals were encouraging and well placed, no danger of getting lost. Most of the race was off-road which was nice and had some very nice views, but it was rather unsteady and quite narrow. Otherwise it was an enjoyable race, not least because of the announcer at the finish!
