In short: Great race with plenty of off-road trails. Good challenging course, wellmarshalled.
In full: Gave me a pb, so can't complain. Tough in places, but a good race all round. Excellent marshalls giving encouragement all the way. Well done to the organisers Fat Feet!

In short:
In full: A well organised race with a friendly atmosphere, nice woodland location. Though a trail run not very tough as quite a flat course.

In short: Beautiful woodland scenery, no chance of PB.
In full: Pros: Lovely setting, shaded from weather under trees, goody bag T-shirts that actually fit! Friendly marshalls.

Cons: Very undulating. Getting lost on the way from the car park to the start. Multiple laps (although you hardly notice as the scenery is so nice).

In short: Friendly, well organised run in lovely woods.
In full: Really enjoyed the challenge set by Fat Feet, who must be proud of the success of their first(ever?) run.
Bourne woods are a lovely place to run, the course had a great variety of paths and views, and there were enough twists and turns to almost make me forget I was retreading my steps on the second lap.
If this was Fat Feet's first ever, it didn't show. There were plenty of marshalls to encourage and direct, and staff at the beginning to answer questions and help out.
How could it be better? Clear signage from the car park to the start? Send out a map of the course with start and finish marked so runners can organise their spectators? A wider path at the start? These are tiny niggles, which only goes to show how, in my view, the important stuff was sorted.

In short: Very well organised and in lovely surroundings. Sure to get bigger in future
In full: Despite the low number of entrants, there was a decent level of support from both spectators and marshals alike. Would be a definate again for next year!

In short: Different, interesting, challenging. Small field but sure to get bigger next year
In full: This was a lovely little event. The terrain was tough in places and the uphills seemed endless with short, sharp, knee-killing downhills. Still worth it though. I don't really like loop events in general (because the 2nd loop seems so much longer) but the woodland scenery made up for it.

A special mention to the marshalls, they were friendly and encouraging even at the end. See you next year
