In short: Fantastic course. The hills weren't too bad if you are used to training on them. Nobody has mentioned the FREE hog roast at the pub (New Barn?) at the finish! It topped off a brilliant day. Thank you

In short: Not an easy one for beginners!
In full: This was my very first running event, and I found it very challenging due to the hills and the hot weather on race day.

But atmosphere was good, and race v well organised. Would consider doing again, but would definitely do more hill training in preparation!

In short: Nice, well-organised race, but don't underestimate the "undulations"!
In full: Despite a hot day this was an enjoyable race, but I wish the race description had said "hilly" rather than "undulating" as I would have prepared myself better for the uphill sections. The scenery did not disappoint though and the frequent water and sponge stations were very welcome.
