In short: Well done Jane! Excellent race.
In full: An amazing atmosphere and considering the 10,000 entries it didn't feel too claustrophobic.
Lots of marshalls & a great finish with lots of support. I enjoyed seeing the winners get presented with their prizes and seeing and hearing from Jane - it felt very friendly.

The only niggles for me were the not-very-obvious km markers and the goody bad (lucozade & a pen!)- hopefully next year, it will attract more support from sponsers and there might be more in the bag!

Well done & Thank you to all involved with the organisation.

In short: Fantastic atmosphere and a race I felt really proud to be a part of
In full: Didn't do a particularly good time and I could blame it on the slow start and warm weather but at the end of the day it doesn't matter that much. What matters is that this race was for a great cause and set up by an incredibly inspirational woman. Thank you Jane! I was just so happy to have run it with so many others and such a great mix of people.

Disappointed with goody bag as it was literally just a bottle of lucozade in a bag (what a waste of carrier bags!!!) and the Start and K markers not clear enough at all, but other than that a really well-organised and enjoyable event.

In short: Well worth the effort
In full: Well done to Jane Tomlinson for organising such a fantastic run. Very good for 1st time race runners as the range of abilities were wide.

There were lots of helpful marshalls to assist with any questions/issues etc. that you may have.

Will run again without a doubt.... :-)

In short: Gentle uphill first 5km gentle downhill last 5km. Great grandstand finish.
In full: Did it dressed as superman. Plenty of other fancy dressers. Not too tough. Course bit narrow for 10,000 people in places, but very good for the first year of running.

In short: Great race, well orgainsed
In full: The start was crowded with some non runners in amongst the runners and I missed some of the early distance markers but other than thaty it was a great race.

Very well organised with good supportive marshalls and crowds

One for the diary for 2008
