In short: Great course. Looking forward to next year In full: First race of the year. Considering the date, the weather was good. Well organised. Muddy field for parking, but lots of help for anyone who did get stuck. Friendly atmosphere during and after the race. thank you. See you next year. Date of review: February 21, 2007
In short: A great, friendly race! In full: Extremely friendly welcome for a first-timer! Marshalls were very helpful, even when pushing my car out of the mud! Course was great - enough flat and downhill sections to make up for the hill at 7k (which really wasn't that bad). I will definitely do this race again. Well done to the organisers! In short: We've reviewed our definition of 'undulating' - will bring crampons for the hill at 7k next year! In full: Really enjoyed this race. Found it a challenge but we both achieved PBs. Well organised, shame about the marshy ground in the car park! Date of review: February 19, 2007
In short: Enjoyed the race.......2nd time I have entered this one. In full: Was it me or did the hill seem shorter...or was it beacause I am now more experienced.....beat last years time....will be back next year. Really needed a 4x4 for the carpark. If it is wet conditions where would we have parked???
In short: Scenic run in the garden of England In full: Enjoyable run - friendly clubhouse, supportive marshals. Long hill at 7km was a bit of a challenge - but you were able to coast most of the way from there to the finish. Date of review: February 19, 2007
In short: Nice little countryside 10k In full: A good 10k down in the Kent countryside. The course is pretty fast with just the one challenging hill and a lovely downhill run in to the finish. Dread to think what the car park would have been like if it had been wet yesterday though! Thanks to all the marshalls for a good run Date of review: February 19, 2007
