In short: Rather stupidly entered thinking it was a 10k and was needless to say rather surprised when the finish line didn't appear after mile marker 6! As had run at 10k pace did not have a lot left in the tank. Must read the entry forms more closely!!

In short: I never realised how picturesque Dartford is! Nice undulating course, well organised and the weather wasn't even too cold. Definitely do it again next year.

In short: My first ever race, so a bit of a batism of fire. The first mile all down hill thus exceptionally quick with the next two miles spent going backwards as the more experienced runners who pace themselves went by.

In short: very tough couse, hilly even, but nice scenery helped combat this and all runners charming. Nice t-shirt too, not the typical "running club " type. definitely recommed this race.

In short: Really enjoyable day out - slightly more undulating than I expected but rewarding with lovely views of kent from the top of the hill in the middle. Friendly crowd and marshalls.
