In short: Well organised - hills were good fun - weather great - thoroughly enjoyed it - thank you to all who made it happen
In full: The route was challenging and good fun as it seemed up and down for much of the way. The hills were just right (aching a bit today).
Despite only leaving myself 30 minutes before the start to sign up and enter, tie the chip, pin the number, queue for the baggage drop I found myself at the start on-time. Testimony to the good organisation which carried on throughout the morning. I'll be back ! Well done WGEL.

In short: An excellent spring half
In full: A nice challenging course, definitely undulating, but lots of people got PBs... Steady up and cane the downs... No fuss, no big fanfare, excellent marshalling & support and excellent bunch of other runners... Thanks WGEL

In short: Well organised local race
In full: This was my local, which made it very handy, and despite it undulating a bit, I got under 1:30 for the first time ever, so i'm delighted. Will be back next year

In short: Challenging but worthwhile
In full: Hilly in places, 1 small lap (1+ mile) and 2 larger laps (near 6 mile). Well organised, excellent atmosphere amongst the runners. Some marshalls excellent - very vocal and supportive, others a bit quieter. I started too fast, not realising the number of hills and struggled mid-race but still managed a couple of minutes off my PB

In short: Great marshalling, finish area well organised.
In full: My first half marathon, so don't have anything to compare against, however I thought the marshalls round the course did a great job. Some of them must have hoarse voices this morning with all the encouragement they were dishing out.

In short: Great Race !! .....
In full: A very well organised race with the benefit of on the day entry ! .... marshalling was first class and very friendly, a couple of tricky traffic crossings but these were well handled. A couple of challenging inclines but down hills to go with them. Very nice medal and practical goody bag !

Thanks !! A great race :)
