In short: 7/10 for organisation
In full: Brilliant route, good orginaisation....however!
A good mate of mine tore his achilles tendon on the "big" hill between 5 and 6 k mark (should have warmed up!) and despite my informing, the water station and the next marshalling point, once i finished i found that the message had not been relayed and no one, including the medics knew where he was. The race organiser drove round to pick him up and he was taken to cheltenham general. Maybe next year the marshalls need some form of communication.
Brilliant atmosphere though and at last i managed to get past and beat my mate!!!!!

In short: great value, great scenery, great race
In full: Strangely enjoyed the very undulating course. Perhaps the fantastic Cotswold scenery had something to do with it. Burger/Hotdog and Beer at the end is a great touch.

In short: A great way to spend a summers evening!
In full: A superbly well organised event albeit a challenging course with a long climb between 4&6k.
Friendly atmosphere. Burger and beer at the finish is extremely welcome(and well worth queueing for!).
Hope to be back next year.

In short: Well organised race with the added bonus of beer and food at the finish
In full: A bargain of a race with beer, burger and a t-shirt. Mind you you did have to earn it. Certainly a challenging course but gret views in the country - always a bonus for a city boy like me.
Well worth doing...

In short: Has its local charm
In full: Steeped in racing car history. blah blah.

Yes, I'm sure we've all tripped over the car enthusiasts in this area!

Another quiant village with 200 runners trying to park their cars! (though enough spaces here)

Route is not flat. There is one killer hill 2/3 way around.

Drove the course before hand and was sure the mileometer was going faulty! It felt that long.

As is getting the norm, it wasn't a PB course for me.

This was the furthest race, so far, from base, so unlikely to rerun.

In short: Superb race
In full: Done this one twice - altho last year was a new route. Bit challenging but a great race. For those who like freebies there's a t-shirt, beer and burger/hotdog back at the local pub(near finish area). Always seems to get fully subscribed so is v.popular.
