In short: Better in retrospect than it seemed in the wind and rain -- glad I did it
In full: Good atmosphere, challenging route. The weather was foul but the marshalls were cheery.

In short: Well organised, not elitist, challenging but great fun when I finished
In full: Running five months, first big race. A lot of club runners but felt supported by other runners and marshalls. Hills are fierce but knew this when I booked. Really enjoyed it despite atrocious weather and managed 96 minutes.

In short: Shame about the weather, but marshalls great and friendly
In full: It is a shame that organisers are still plumping for the cheap T shirt. Most people train in tech. gear so the shirts a bit of a waste (Ok for cleaning car in). Otherwise the whole event was exemplorary. Well done

In short: No problems apparent save for the marshals who must have been frozen and soaked through due to the wind and rain ergo a big thank you

In short: A great race - the organisers couldn't do anything about the weather!
In full: My third running of this race and once again it was great. Shame about the weather! Special thanks to all the marshalls who were cheerful and encouraging although they must all have been freezing!

In short: Great orginisation, nice route
In full: A lovely race through Kent countryside, only hampered by howling winds and driving rain but it all adds to the fun. Would recommend to all.

In full: finished as 2nd master 35-44 for 1st time,a small shield or trophy would have been better than 10quid, t-shirt n vouchers.Apart from that really enjoyed race and the day, marshalls brill, back next year for sure

In short: Nice introduction to the running calendar
In full: Good weather, pleasant Kent countryside and a reasonably fast course to kick off my running year. The hills were fine as they don't last for that long - they just feel slightly intense. The marshalls were friendly and encouraging, and the finish seemed well organised. Usual medal, banana and water at the end, although this obviously ran out for some. Watch out for parking in the school - you;ll get stuck for a while if you finish in the first half!!
