In short: Once again the Plymouth half lives up to its reputation as one of the very best half marathons in the country.
In full: A half that has 63 minute Kenyans at the front and 4 hour charity runners at the back, starting and finishing in one of Englands finest coastal settings, and offering after race goodies & goody bags second to none. Only word of complaint heard among fellow runners afterwards was that there were no veggie pasties, only meat ones. If there is a better half marathon in this country, point me to it.

In short: Brilliant organisation, great race, tough finish.
In full: Must be the best organized race around. Plenty of helpfull marshalls, and start and finish run like clockwork. Free food and drink at finish with no queues! Other races could learn a thing or two!. Good crowds around the course, especially on hills at Saltram and the finish, where you really need support. Could not recommend it too highly.

In short: superb race and what a setting for the start and finish
In full: Hats off to the organisers and all who marshalled/ manned the water stations etc. Plenty of support all the way around. hopefully I have persuaded my brother who was watching to enter next year, 13 years after his last half marathon.
The Athletes only zone at the end is really great news - no having to push your way through well meaning supporters.
Roll on next year!!

In short: My first half-marathon and I did not find it to challenging. A good race for beginners and not too hilly. Excellent facilities provided.

In short: Best value, best organised half in the south west if not the country!
