In short: Very slow at the start line - popular so ...
In full: First event - well organised, very popular but it was so slow at the start. I was only about 25m away from start line and it took me 1m 20s to reach it after 'go' and then it was still just a shuffle for the next minute. A little annoying the number of people pushing to the front prior to the start with only walking/very slow jogging in mind, so spent the next 30 mins navigating through them, I hadn't realised how different running in an event would be, so many 'unexpected' moves / actions and changes in pace by people taking part, I'll know next time. May of helped if some sort of zoned start on expected finish times - but it was a fun run. Perfect conditions as well.

In short: Fantastic first run - felt on top of the world afterwards!!
In full: This was my first ever race after having started running last November. THe weather was absolutely perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. The only thing was the slow start, it took three or four minutes before we even started running. But once we were off, it was great - would definitely recommend.

In short: Best 10k of he year.!
In full: Great 10k run. Plenty of people to get a great atmosphere without feeling like couped chickens at the 'Great runs'. Excellent organisation and support. Nice and flat, if you want a pb get to the front as lots of fun runners. Right along prom with road closed. Really good.!

In short: Well marshalled friendly race, well organised and family friendly
In full: Me and my mate did this today and the atmosphere was brilliant. Nice and flat so good for a PB. Not too competitive but early start for fast runners and brings out the best in Blackpool folk. This was an excellent race.

In short: Completely flat so good for quick easy run. Bit boring as just down prom and back same way. I couldnt see any start line which meant timing challenging! Not sure where start was.
