In short: A scenic, friendly and well organised race In full: A scenic, friendly and well organised race, but by no meens a pb course as i was lead to believe.Plenty of steady long inclines throughout. Date of review: April 8, 2007
In short: Great Course, pitty about start In full: Great course, one that i'll do again altho the start was confusing as 600+ runners had to stop in mid stride so as to get through a small gap BUT that said the actual route was great and most of the vehicles that came across the race showed patience and respect to the runners, the sun was out through out and was very warm but there where plenty of water stations, i'll not harp on about the toilets NUFF said cos in general the whole event was very enjoyable and if everything was perfect it wouldnt be better next year, so well done organisers Date of review: April 8, 2007
In short: Nice course but start should be better In full: The course was great except the useless start with all 700 having to get through a tiny gap. Most water stations you had to grab a cup off the table which hindered but the views were lovely and the weather great. Date of review: April 8, 2007
In short: Excellent race. Wonderful weather. Start made confusing In full: Another excellently race although the start was confusing - Why did we run through the car park field and then onto the road? The provious start was far better.
Problems with the toilets amde up for by the nice touch of the raffle.
Plenty of water stations and encouragement in the heat.
will be back again next year Date of review: April 8, 2007
