In short: Lovely views....big hills
In full: Lovely off-road course. Glad it hadnt rained the night before or the hills would have been a bit slippery. Enjoyed it. :)

In short: Scenic route, very well organised.
In full: Runs started on time with a good warm up to music beforehand, everyone joining in. A nice family outing with a bouncy castle and ice cream van on the field. Loved the course through High Elms Country park and the woods, unfortunate for the narrow path we had to slow down to standstill to pass through in single file. But still ran a good time and really enjoyed it.

In short: Usual great event, hard course but very friendly.
In full: Great event, only need to reduce bottle necks in first couple of miles and then it would be 100% instead of 98%. Very well organised and very friendly and encouraging marshals and plenty of them. Well done Darrick Wood School and Orpingtong Road Runners.

In short: Nice morning out, well looked after by the ORR
In full: Really well organised race and a route that I enjoyed. I ran with my better half and we were concerned that the course would make it difficult for her to run a decent time. As it turned out she ran really well and managed a PB! My only regret was that I did not bring my children to enjoy the kids races/fun run. I will definitely be back next year though and will bring them along. The ORR guys were excellent and marshalled the route very well with lots of encouragement. Well done!

In short: Challenging hills, a few bottle necks, but very fun.
In full: A few bottle necks, especially when right at the start, and had to come to a complete stop a couple of times. Hills very very hard work but a nice mix of terrain and scenery to keep things interesting.

Only my 3rd 10K and found it hard to find my pace. Think its maybe a little challenging for beginners. Looking forward to coming back next year with lessons learnt.
