In short: Really enjoyable race with perfect organisation
In full: A very hot day dictated that I would be taking a slow trot round for this race and I enjoyed it all the more. Fantastic marshalls, perfectly placed and plentiful water stations, and welcome support from the locals when we passed through the several villages on route.
Definately one to do again.

In short: Fast and flat, excellent organisation, Marshalls and locals among the best anywhere
In full: Thanks once more to the organisers for putting together another wonderful race. A tad hot for me at this time of year and had to stop for a couple of mins to hydrate properly. Still manged to take 4 mins off my PB though!

In short: Very well organised and a lovely route. Excellent race.
In full: Very enjoyable - good route, well marshaled and a scattering of enthusiastic support around the route. Someone amongst the organisers must be well connected to have been able to arrange the great weather too, though 10 degrees cooler would have suited better! Definitely a good PB opportunity - I took a minute off my PB which was from this same race 4 years ago.

In short: Excellent!
In full: A fantastic race.
Brilliantly organised, very friendly, a flat, fast course, top value for money, an incredible day's running.
Much too hot for my liking but good water support and just missed my 1:35pb.
Ten out of 10 to White Horse Harriers, a magnificent half-marathon staged by real runners for real runners.

In short: Excellent, well organised, value for money
In full: Fast and flat was promised and it certainly was, I got a PB by 2 mins. Marshalls were plenty and very supportive, water stations well manned. Lovely sunny finish on the village green. A great race.

In short: Excellent flat course, well organised
In full: Only my second half mara and first time doing this event.
Firstly I thought the entry price was a bargain. The race was very well organised. Lots of signs (cept to the finish from the start for supporters) and marshalls on the course. Also pamphlet sent in the mail was very helpful
I'm still a beginner runner, so finished in the last quarter of runners, so had a good 5-10 metres between me and the runner in front for the majority of the race. It was a bit lonely on the country roads, but when going through the villages there was good local support.
I managed a new PB (shaved 2m30s off) so was pleased with that. Course is super flat apart from a couple of railway bridges and a very slight uphill at around mile 11-12.
Will defo do it again next year, just hope it isnt so hot
Only tiny niggle, my family came to watchhand couldnt find anyone to ask or signs to see showing where the finish was from the start (they were not in the same place), so although they were only about 1k apart, it took them a while to locate the finish.
Overall, super race as i expected :D:D

In short: Excellent race again
In full: Another excellent race on a beautiful day! I really enjoy this race, it's fast and flat on open but very quiet rural roads. There's little crowd support outside the villages but when you go through them the spectators were very good and there are friendly marshalls throughout. The scouts handing out water were doing a great job making sure everyone had as many cups as they needed.

This is a great low key event with no issues around parking or toilet queues and a nice bit of grass to relax on after the run. I also like getting a mug rather than another t-shirt or medal that has no practical use.

In short: Beautiful route, fast, flat and friendly
In full: Just got back from White Horse HM - first time at this one for me - definitely be back next year. Matched my PB at 1.39 - not too fussed about beating it since it was a SCORCHING hot day so conditions weren't exactly on my side.

Three well-manned water stations and eager crowd support through the villages made it uplifting and the peaceful quiet country lanes made for a lovely HM at this time of year.

ALMOST flat except for two small inclines at the end - weren't that dramatic though really.

Only thing I'd change is that I'd prefer a medal instead of a mug as I'm sure most runners would.
