In short: Awsome Views!
In full: This was my 3rd year running in this event and I now know why I keep coming back for more The veiws are amazing at the top of the hill climb at 3 and a half miles and I love running through the small section round Macc forest. What made my day better was I actually improved my time by 5 minutes from last year. Well Done to all the marshalls and organisers. See you all again next year.

In short: scenic
In full: Steady climb for 2.5 miles, then a real killer to about 4 miles, followed by a fast downhill stretch. Glorious scenery. Well organised. Best Lemon Drizzle cake I have tasted (in the parish hall afterwards.) The perfect day!

In short: Great Run but a killer
In full: This was my first attempt at a non "mass market" event such as the Manchester 10k. When we entered didnt quite realise where Langley was and thought it would be a standard 7 miles. What a shock i had about 2 miles in when we started to climb a "mountain!!" so be warned. I now Drink my tea every morning out of the commemorative cup to remind me of the pain going up.

Anyway had a great day, it was a great event and the hills inspired me to do the Snowdonia Marathon this year!
