In short: Wow! What can I say - smiled all the way round, okay ,maybe not QUITE all the way.
In full: Excellent organisation, a great walk to the start line under a looming Snowdon, clear signing and marshalling and a very friendly field. Enough downhill too to make up for the challenging hill at 21 miles. Never been cheered so much to the finish line, for a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit :-)

In short: pure quality
In full: i have been saving this one for a while, and it was well worth the wait.

I have been running /raceing for over 3 years both here and abroad, this race stands out from the crowd. It is not easy, but if you want easy run a 5k.

It reminds you that racing is not just about times, but the challange of the magical 26.2

In short: A great race to celebrate my 25 years on marathon running
In full: I was determined to run this year's race, having run the first in 1982 I just had to be there. I also ran the race in 1992 and set my marathon PB. This waether was Welsh and it was at least warm rain! The atmosphere was excellent, the runners and the spectators really make this an enjoyable race. I must admit I had forgotten how hard the Welsh Wall actually is, I remember that I culd run up it with relative ease 14 years ago, but not this year. My old legs packed up with a very painful muscle spasm - lots of peple ofered to assist in getting through the problem. I was able to complete the marathon in sub 4 hours so a good day all round. Looking forward to the next time.
