In short: If you haven't yet done this one, perhaps you should.
In full: This is the second time I have done this race, so I can confidently say that the smooth organisation and the friendly marshalling aren't a fluke (thank you). This race is hard enough to feel rewarding, but not so hard you can't enjoy the fantastic scenery. And what better way to celebrate the end of the summer? The clocks go back the day after this race, so you can rest your aching limbs for an extra hour.

In short: Awesome!
In full: This has to be THE race of the year, there are faster ones, slower ones and different locations but Snowdonia has it all. I love the fact the whole area gets behind it & the course is well, unique. The ultimate marathon challenge here in the UK...

In short: Magical
In full: A magical and painful way to get a coaster and half decent t shirt. This is the only UK marathon that I have ever done and I wonder if any others can be as rewarding. The organisers, marshalls and supporters were fantastic. Not to mention the hills, the wind and of course the rain. Did anyone use the sponges?

In short: Who needs one line? One word does it - Delectable
In full: Fair play to those that stood around, the marshalls, the spectators etc. At least we were warm! This really is a must do race. There has to be a good reason it sells out very early year after year, and why a large proportion of the runners come back year after year.....

In short: Awesome race... Will definitely do this again
In full: My first Snowdonia marathon. Awesome course with superb marshalling and drink stations.

Not even the worst weather I've ever run in could detract from how enjoyable this race was. A definite for next year!

In short: Another weather epic - thanks to all organisers etc.
In full: This really is a superb event. Many thanks to the organisers, marshallers and those at the drinks station for braving the elements once again.
