In short: A mainly flat course, mostly in the countryside. Friendly, supportive marshals. A bit of a headwind today but potential for a pb.

In short: Nice route, well organised by a great Rugby Club
In full: Undulating course not flat but not too steep, a bit "big road" but fast!
Was a bit slower than Robin Hood Half last week, either course was hard or too much training go run it and you decide.

In short: Very nice debut HM for me.
In full: Really enjoyed this one. Undulating but no real hilly challenges until the last little one which I wasn't expecting (should have driven the course). Drink and sponge stations well placed and good running weather. Will be back next year.

In short: A good race with friendly marshals and plenty of water. The exit for vehicles need to be addressed as a number of people were getting fed up in the car park waiting for a gap as vehicles leaving had to cross the course.

In short: Excellent - well organised and enjoyable race.
In full: Pleased to have improved by more than 20 minutes since last year's race! Weather was spot on and course mildy undulating. Marshals and drinks station people were encouraging but would have liked a bit more crowd support. Small field meant I ran long stretches on my own - plenty of space to do as I wanted but sometimes it's good to have people to chase and run with!
