In short: Challenging enough to be a satisfying race to complete
In full: For the beginer to racing this was a fairly chalenging course with fairly long uphill sections which steepened in places. However it's not all hills and the setting is charming and spectators have good access and things to do. The long straight into the finish running towards the house is a great end to the race. Recomended.

In short: A truly magnificent course
In full: A bit pricey for a 10k but worth doing. The hills are testing but not too bad. The run down at the end is superb and the commentator kept me sprinting to the line. Well done the organisers and marshalls. See you next year.

In short: Beautiful race, challenging hills, deffo recommended!
In full: This is my second run of this course, and it was sa stunning a route as I remembered - the fairly brutal hill up the first 1k definately feels so much more severe on the 2nd lap, but the downhill after really gets you striding out and making up the time. The last k coming down to the house and I swear that Finish line was moving! Fab atmosphere, a great spectator race and very well organised. Will be back next year...

In short: Got a PB so shouldn't complain!
In full: I'm glad I go in a motorhome and have my own loo facilities. Course fairly challenging, particularly the little hill in the middle. Unlike most people I didn't like the finish, it seemed endless! However knocked 2 minutes of my pb! The event seemed to lack atmosphere, which was a shame as the setting was superb. Entry fee was a bit steep, I don't mind that when a significant amount goes to charity. ps if you want real hills then try the Rough'n'tumble 10.
