In short: Another minute off PB on a fast course
In full: Let me say this course isn't 'pancake' flat. There are around 3 shortish rises that require you to dig in a little to make sure the pace doesn't drop off. But we're really only talking molehills. It is however a fast course with very clear and accurate KM markings and a drinks station just before 5K.
Get there early and you get to park close to start and finish. Well worth the hour's trip from Bristol. The missus managed a new PB as well. It's a fast field so you get dragged along. Very impressed.

In full: As it was my first race would of liked the opportunity to purchase a medal.Enjoyable scenic course with a few unexpected hills!! Wouldn't call it flat.
